INFORMATIONAL BROCHURE VALECO has commissioned the production of an informational tri-fold brochure about Virginia's constitutional offices. Members can distribute this attractive piece at public events, to school groups, to office visitors or in special mailings. The purpose of the brochure is to educate Virginians about constitutional officers and the reasons they are chosen through direct election.
