My name is Richard Sutliff and I have served over eight years as an elder (pastor, bishop) in the Lord's church. The material presented represents core concepts from a book I am writing and is used in an ongoing ministry in Chesapeake, Virginia. The concepts expressed are a result of extensive Bible study coupled with my own experience both in the "far country" and as a shepherd in two congregations of the Lord's people.
